BORN FROM A FREAKISH PASSION FOR MOVEMENT

ATHLETIFREAK started the way most meaningful things do—out of necessity.

Out of early mornings, long days, and the discipline it takes to keep choosing movement when comfort would be easier.

Founded in 2021 in Basking Ridge, New Jersey by husband-and-wife duo Mo & Noor, the brand grew from our own lives in motion—training, working, building, failing, repeating. We weren’t chasing a category. We were building what we couldn’t find: pieces that could move through every part of the day without asking you to dial it down or blend in.

Movement, to us, isn’t just physical. It’s a mindset. It’s how you show up when no one’s watching. How you commit when there’s no applause. The clothes matter only because they support the work—obsessive attention to fabric, fit, and function, designed to hold up to real life, not highlight reels.

One hoodie. One dream. and Two people crazy enough to believe in it.

Circa 2015 - Austin, TX

4am, a summer morning, eight weeks out from his first IRONMAN. Mo — corporate job, Indian-American, average build, no endurance background — kept getting called a 'Freak' for it. A 140.6-mile race, for fun, sounded absurd to everyone but him.

Six years and thousands of miles later, that's still the name for it. It's where Athletifreak gets its energy.

The same obsession runs the other side of the brand. Noor is the eye behind it — obsessed with the detail nobody else would notice. If it looks like Athletifreak, it's because she decided it should.

Different arenas, same drive. Mo and Noor built this together — and they're raising two more freaks at home.

It's not a hobby. It's a mentality.
