Position Summary
As the in-store leader of our Retail Experience Team, the Store Manager is responsible for creating a client experience that accurately reflects the passion of our brand while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service. The ideal candidate is committed to client service, demonstrating a strong understanding of ATHLETIFREAK and our passion for movement to unite the community. The ATHLETIFREAK retail environment encourages an entrepreneurial spirit, offering growth opportunities over time as we work together to increase sales, build client awareness, provide a wicked in store experience, and grow the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Manages and coordinates the daily activities of the store and the daily activities of the sales staff while ensuring all are engaged in promoting and selling products to ensure client satisfaction.
Ensures each client receives outstanding client service; greets and acknowledges every client and develops new client relationships to increase sales and build brand loyalty.
Merchandises store as directed by visual guidelines and ensures that all stock is well maintained and in good condition.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
- Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Education: Associateβs Degree or equivalent
- Experience: Min 5 years prior retail or sales management experience.
Work Environment:
Stronger Together - We work together as part of a team and whilst leading the way.
Work involves moving through a store for most of a shift to elevate guest experience.
Work may occasionally involve moving boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
