CORPORATE ROLES

  • You build the engine that connects the brand to the athlete. And you are not afraid to run it yourself.

    ABOUT ATHLETIFREAK

ATHLETIFREAK is a performance athletic apparel brand built for real athletes, real movement, and real conditions — from marathon start lines to triathlon finish lines. We design gear that works as hard as the person wearing it. We are a lean, fast-moving team with big ambitions, and every role here carries real ownership. We are at a pivotal point in our growth — official sponsor of major endurance events, expanding retail and wholesale presence, and building a brand with real equity in the athletic community. We are looking for a Director of Marketing to own the marketing function entirely. Strategy, execution, and everything in between. This is not a delegation role. You will be in it.

    WHAT YOU'LL OWN

    • Overall marketing strategy: brand positioning, channel mix, campaign calendar, and performance KPIs
    • Integrated campaign development across social, email, paid, partnerships, and events
    • The content and creative pipeline — brief campaigns, direct shoots, oversee all deliverables
    • Community growth — building and engaging our athlete audience through authentic, platform-native content
    • Event and experiential marketing: race weekend activations, expo presence, and retail pop-ups
    • Athlete ambassador and brand partnership relationships
    • Influencer and affiliate programs with clear performance accountability
    • Marketing performance analysis across channels — weekly and monthly reporting with real insight
    • Brand narrative and seasonal storytelling in direct collaboration with the founder
    • Building and managing a lean, high-output marketing team over time

    WHAT WE REQUIRE

    • 5–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or ownership role
    • Proven track record driving brand growth — ideally in apparel, sport, or consumer lifestyle
    • Deep understanding of social-first marketing and how culture moves on platforms
    • Strong writer and creative thinker — you can shape a brand voice and defend it
    • Experience managing campaigns from brief through launch through post-analysis
    • Data fluency — you know your metrics and make decisions based on them
    • Experience with event and experiential marketing
    • Strong opinions about what good brand looks like, backed by results

    STRONG PLUS

    • Experience in endurance sports marketing — running, triathlon, cycling
    • Background working with founder-led or early-stage consumer brands
    • Existing relationships with athletes, media, or event properties in the endurance sport space

  • You study fashion design and you want to see how a real brand gets built — from product to campaign.

We are looking for a US-based Fashion Design Intern to work closely with our founder and creative lead. This role is grounded in product design and development, but you will also get hands-on exposure to brand creative, campaign work, and the visual side of building an athletic apparel company. This is an apprenticeship for a current fashion design student or recent graduate who wants real responsibility and a real portfolio.

    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

    • Support product development: flat sketches, colorway development, tech pack assistance, sampling review
    • Log fit notes and revision feedback; track open items across sampling rounds
    • Develop creative assets for campaigns, social media, and brand activations
    • Help prepare materials for photoshoots — shot lists, lookbooks, mood boards, product styling
    • Assist with presentations, pitch decks, and internal creative documents
    • Support event and retail activation materials: signage, visual merchandising, graphic assets
    • Maintain organized digital files, asset libraries, and product development records

    WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Fashion Design or related apparel program
    • Grounded in garment construction fundamentals — you understand how product is made
    • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop or Figma experience is a plus

    • Excited about athletic apparel and what it takes to build a brand

    NICE TO HAVE

    • Any experience with tech pack creation or product development workflow
    • Photography, video editing, or content creation skills
    • Interest in running, triathlon, or endurance sports culture
    • Exposure to sublimation or performance fabric categories

    WHAT YOU'LL GET

    • Direct access to a founder and creative lead — a real apprenticeship, not administrative work
    • Exposure to both product development and brand creative across a growing athletic apparel company
    • A portfolio built from live campaigns, real product, and actual brand decisions
    • Flexible remote structure with room to grow as the brand scales

This role is for someone who knows the platforms, moves fast, and takes real pride in the work.

    WHAT YOU'LL OWN

    • Day-to-day social media calendar and execution across Instagram, TikTok, and relevant platforms
    • Content creation — graphics, captions, Reels, Stories — that reflects the brand and performs
