    POSITION SUMMARY

    • Warmly greet customers and assist them in finding the perfect products
    • Offer knowledgeable answers to customer questions and provide personalized recommendations
    • Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing
    • Accurately process transactions and handle POS systems with efficiency and care
    • Restock shelves and maintain optimal product presentation
    • Stay informed on promotions, new arrivals, and product knowledge
    • Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed daily sales goals
    • Most importantly, create a fun and memorable experience for every customer

    REQUIREMENTS

    • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
    • Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)
    • Organizational skills and the ability to keep things neat and running smoothly
    • Time management and multitasking abilities
    • Interest in retail, fashion, fitness, or lifestyle products
    • Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    Work involves moving through a store for most of a shift to elevate guest experience.

    Work may occasionally involve moving boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Deliver a personalized, luxury styling experience to every client.
    • Achieve and exceed individual sales and client retention goals.

    • Support floor leadership in coaching and feedback.
    • Help maintain visual standards and product flow.
    • Build lasting relationships with returning clients and VIP shoppers.

    Requirements

    As a Store Manager, you'll own the customer experience, build a high-performing team, and ensure every detail reflects the Athletifreak brand—from merchandising to daily operations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Deliver a seamless, high-touch shopping experience for every guest
    • Lead, train, and develop a top-performing sales team that embodies our values
    • Manage all day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, opening/closing, and floor management
    • Oversee inventory levels, replenishment, and stock accuracy
    • Execute and uphold visual merchandising plans and brand presentation
    • Ensure all store activity aligns with company policies and operational standards
    • Create a culture of performance, positivity, and team accountability
    • Represent Athletifreak’s mission and brand with professionalism, energy, and authenticity
    • And most importantly, build a store that customers and team members love to walk into every day

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Prior experience in retail management, ideally in fashion, activewear, or luxury
    • A proven ability to lead and inspire teams to exceed goals
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills in high-volume environments
    • Sales expertise and confidence in driving results through client experience
    • Clear, professional communication skills (English proficiency required)
    • A proactive, solutions-oriented leadership style
