Returns / Exchanges

our policy

  • Once your order is fulfilled you have 30 days to begin a return. You will receive a pre-paid return label via email.
  • Returns can be initiated through the original order email.
  • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • We are currently unable to accept returns from outside the USA.
  • Our retail stores in New Jersey are able to accept online returns. Please have your order number available for reference.
  • Items must be returned in new condition, unworn and unwashed, in original packaging with hangtags attached.
  • Discounted items and items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Socks, water bottles, and sporting equipment are Final Sale for hygienic reasons.

Gifts are eligible for exchange or store credit. If you have received a gift, please contact customer support.

EXCHANGES

If your item was purchased within the past 30 days and is in new condition—unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with hangtags attached—you’re eligible for an exchange. To proceed, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item directly through our website.

refund

Refunds will be made in the form of original payment within two weeks of receiving the goods back into our warehouse.

FINAL SALE

Items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged once purchased.
