Orders ship from our warehouse in NJ, USA. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. After receiving your shipping confirmation, please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.


  • Our distribution centre is open from Monday to Friday. Orders placed will ship within 2-3 business days.
  • Transit Time: Estimated transit times begin when your order is shipped, and do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Customs & Duties: When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures that cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred depending upon the destination country’s import laws.

Athletifreak is not responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes not included in the original purchase price.

Orders with a subtotal exceeding $75 receive complimentary standard shipping.

Orders with a subtotal exceeding $250 receive complimentary shipping.


  • Athletifreak is not liable for shipments lost in transit.
  • If your order status is Delivered, please check the vicinity of your home to ensure it was not dropped at a side door, lobby, or mail room, and ask your neighbours if they may have received it for you. Carriers also occasionally mark packages as Delivered before they’re dropped off.
  • If you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact our Customer Support team and we will attempt to locate your package.

As a fraud prevention measure, we cannot issue refunds for lost packages under any circumstances.
